• Ensured operational budget oversight with rolled back millage rate for the last 3 years. Going forward, promise to continue voting for district residents’ primary interests which include operating within current millage rate, resulting in no new tax expense initiated by your Collier Mosquito Control District.
• Oversight of Operational cost reductions by line item
• Oversight of employee retention effort – so important to retain the best and brightest
• Upgrading of aero fleet assets within current budget
• Led on employee safety and marine capability for access to new mosquito monitoring and treatment areas
• Supportive of science-based lab research for safe and effective treatment applications
